New Agent 005

Its a slow time of year for sports, much less MSU basketball. I've recruited a new agent to write some articles. Agent 005 has quite an insight on incoming freshmen and will offer up his opinion on MSU basketball. New articles to come soon!

Anybody surprised that Jamont didn't get drafted? Anybody?

Too bad for Jamont and Charles. I still think they both have a shot at the NBA. Personally, I think Charles has the best shot.

I would love to see Jamont come back to MSU.

Why would you want to see Jamont come back???? After not making the draft this year, all we will see is a "Jamont" show from him. Yes, he is a great basketball player but he is not a great team player...or a mediocre team player for that matter. He doesn't know that those 4 other guys with same color shirt on are on his team.

Agree old-dawg, thank you Jamont for you contribution. We couldn't have won two west titles without you, but its time to move on and build our next championship team. (SEC Overall)The 20 attempts a game last season would be conservative compared to this year. Thanks again Jamont, and good luck with your prof. career.

We need Gordon to compete for the West again this season.

I agree its time to move on from Jamont, but some of old-dawgs comments are unwarrented. We would have been the worst team in the SEC 2 of Jamont's 3 years if he had not been here...and we wouldnt have made any postseason play any of the 3.

Did he make mistakes at times, yeah, but he was still our best player and biggest contributor to WINNING. I am baffled by the people who constantly bash and discount the contribution Jamont made to this program.

You don't learn a new position for the good of the team and average over 4 assists a game when you dont know the color of your teammates' jerseys.

Unless Dee Bost is as big-time as we think, we will find out just how much we miss Jamont.
