As most have heard, the Jags won't be a pushover, especially on their own territory. They played some good teams very close and we have some common matchups such as Miami (OH) and they played Vandy to overtime. They have some excellent guard and our weaknesses could continue to be exploited if we don't make some improvements. We see what the outcome will bare. As always, comments, updates, post them here.

Since I am going to be in Mobile today for the inlaws Christmas dinner, I was planning on going to this game tonight and foregoing dinner. They'd have understood, because they know how much I love Bulldog Basketball.
Not going though. I'd rather gorge myself on turkey, dressing, and all the fixings, smile and stuggle through conversations with folks I see once a year (once a year is enough), than subject myself to another sickening offensive display.
Oh, and the party is free.
Don't get me wrong. My closest inlaws I truly do enjoy, but the extreme end of the inlaw spectrum puts a bit of a strain on the "merry" part of Christmas. At least I'm learning something about patience and unconditional love.
But, heck, I could probably learn more about those things at a Bulldog Basketball game! Maybe I'll go after all!
These are frustrating times for a bulldog basketball fan. The team is struggling and has not lived up to the fan's expectations. But don't give up we have alot of games to go.
Unless Rick changes somethings, we'll be chasing after the wind all season long.
We need an offensive scheme.
I'm not going to drop cash for two tickets to a game that is going to leave me madder than a badger in a hornets nest.
Interesting, Phil to start.
Jarvis has 4 blocks less than 6 min in. SEC defensive POY anyone?
Jarvis Varnado is an awesome shot blocker.
I looked up the national leaders in blocks, Jarvis is 4th. Get this the national leader is averaging over 7 a game out of NC Ashville. The guy is 7'6" 360lbs, quite a load!!
I can understand why LSU football fans get so dramatic if they aren't playing well.
Its the expectations that make it hurt so bad when they suck. Its much easier to lose if you expect it.
Our team should not be 5-5, something is wrong, very very wrong. We give opposing players career nights every game and scoring 30 on us seems like cake because we won't make adjustments to shut anyone down. If one guy gets hot, sucks for us; thats another loss.
I'm no fairweather fan, if our team had less talent and played with heart even in loss i'd go to every game. With this team, going to a game is just torture.
