The Islanders

Lets hope the jetlage doesn't affect our shooting. This is Rick's chance to pass Richard on the all time wins list. Here is a good preview of the Islanders:

I hope all have a good Christmas, I'll be in and out over the next couple of days.

Luke 2:11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.

Takin' care of bidness on the road!

Dawgs did what they were supposed to do... beat an over-matched opponent easily. Ravern, Riley had Elgin had good production in limited playing time. Starters shot well... except Jarvis and had 12-5 assist/TO. Phil Turner was very solid off the bench.

Mizzou will be big test!

We're beyond tests at this point. We're simply not performing. We've had our tests of the season, and we've failed miserably.

Things have to turn around in a massive way in SEC play for us to even sniff the NCAA's.

Every game is a test. Some are easier than others. The season does not end because the team came up short against a tough opponent.

Just like the Bulldogs, it's important to focus on improving and winning each game and forget the tournament stuff. If the Bulldogs win, the tournament invite will happen. We have the talent.

Mizzou is an 8-4 out of conf team with a higher rpi than ours. A good win will be a confidence boost.

The Bulldogs need to focus on the challenge at hand... the future will take care of itself.

As a fan, I'm focusing on the positives this team has shown: rebounding, shot blocking, 2 all-SEC calibre players and freshman who've shown potential. We have shooters. Just work on putting it all together.

Really looking forward to the Georgia, Kentucky, @Alabama games!
