MSU 88 UM 68
Where do you start with the game. It was the most complete game the dogs have played to this point. They just made play after play. This team lived up to the expectations we had as a fan base going into this season. Our team is scary good when we shoot 57% to go with our defense. Charles was dazzling, why can't you play like that game in and game out Charles!! He talked the talk and back it up, good game Charles. If you continue to play like that, they will pay you to play next year!!! The best thing is that you have to feel like we're catching fire like we did towards the end of last season and its late January and WE ARE 5-0 SEC folks. Great game all around, we are one of the most versatile teams in the land, each time a player goes down, we get better. Good game by all the players, gotta love Elgin's play. We took their game and turned it up a notch and turned it on them. One more thing, the behind the back pass to Charles from Jamont has to be one of the 10 best plays I've seen an MSU player make. Good job dogs, if we take care of business in Arkansas, look out SEC!!!!

Charles' play was elevated tonight by everyone else playing great. Proud for him.
Jamont's best plays:
5th. Great Defensive effort on Warren.
4th. The fast break lane- penetrating-Ole Miss-deflating power dunk.
3rd. Defense splitting bounce pass in the transition to Elgin.
2nd. Lane pentration bullet kick out pass to Bennock for the 3.
1st. Over the shoulder no-look pass to Rhodes for the dunk!
Jamont is at his best when he scores less than 15, plays turnover free ball and runs the offense.
Now we see why young Bennock has gotten more playin' time than Ravern and Kodi. He plays with poise and doesn't take ill-advised shots. Congrats to him as well.
Great to see Bailey play well and hit some free throws!
And how bout the Doctor of Swat knocking down a couple of medium range jumpers!!!!!
Congrats to Coach Stans for getting the boys ready to play and for continuing to make strides in FT shooting.
I said we'd win by 10+ if Sir Charles brought his game. They all brought their games and we won by 20!
I'm calling it here.. Just like Orgeron's 4th and 1 call is known as "the call", Jamont's behind the back wham-doodle to Chuck is "the pass". We may have had the game in the bag already but never have I seen a more insane play with my own two eyes.
Im so happy the free throws came along. But this is the first game we really didnt need em. defense is our key. i hope we can go into arkansas and beat them over rated hogs.
Think we'll be ranked?
I don't care to be ranked, but we'll probally come in around 24 and UF will be around 21.
it was exciting to see jamont come in at #1 on sports center top ten plays. Arkansas is the team i hate the most in this division. they get so much attention and last year with that seven foot dude with the mullet. we gotta win.
