I spoke by email to a reporter from the Louisville Courier earlier this week that said that people close to Scotty were contacting KY. Found this funny bit, when the facts aren't in KY fans favor, it is considered negative pub.

UK fans will never change
Hopson has stated over and over and over again that he will be coming to MSU. each time he is asked, his answer is the same. and yet people keep responding that there is “a chance”.
this really has gotten hilarious. UK doesnt even need him considering they have another commit that plays his spot(s), and they are plenty deep at SG/SF.
man, in a way, i am actually happy that not every recruit that we get is rated so high…that way, i dont have to read so much from all these people that live and die by a kid’s choice in college.

UK is still hurting from that SEC tourney game. They are just bitter that one of their home boys won't bite their big blue bait. If hopson was committed to say Tennessee or Florida, they would be less aggressive with this kid.
Here is something that will blow your mind. Next year's class will consist of Mr. Basketball for KY and MS, and NCHSAA male athlete of the year. That is pretty crazy!
