I don't hear from him very often and he won't even let me post a picture of him, but I talked late last night my other insider Secret Agent Bulldog 002. He said the Oak Hill Academy rumor started because the coach at University Heights is a big UK homer. There was talk Scotty may leave to get away from him, but supposedly the coach has been put in his place because Scotty went to the first day of classes at UHA. Even though the rumor windmill has been turning, it seems that it is all shaking out now and Scotty is still 100 % committed to MSU.

No. The school he is at now is a big MSU push. If there is any truth to the rumor that Hopson will be transferring to Oak Hill Academy for his senior year, mark my words, Hopson will be a wildcat.
Seems to be cleared up Hopson will be a Bulldog.
ive been reading the kentucky Scout and Rivals message boards today and man they are funny.
those guys seriously melt down when it is reported that he isnt going there, and they cheer in the streets when it is reported that he may open the recruiting back up. i would hate to live such a rollercoaster life...especially when you consider that their emotions are swaying because of a 17 year old's college decision.
i hope he comes to MSU as much as the next guy, but man am i glad MSU message boards arent as active as the UK boards. rumors that are totally made up and totally unfounded just run rampant over there. it really is absurd.

Did anyone see where the guy (Maggard) who started the rumor said that the Hopson's contacted him and told him the guy may have been in Lexington, but he wasn't representing them.
Dollars to dimes it's his newly named basketball coach at UHA in Hopskinsville.
Episodes like this won't help UK at all, and yes it sure is funny to read thier megalomaniacal message boards. THE FALL EQUINOX WON'T HAPPEN UNTILL BILLY CLYDE GIVES THE WORD !!!! LOL.

This is an interesting situation for the following reasons:
1.The coach at University Heights is a UK fan,in fact, a big "UK homer".
2.It is illegal for fans of a school to recruit players.
3.If the coach tries to manipulate Scotty to UK, then the coach is breaking NCAA rules!
4.If the coach did, in fact, contact UK in an effort to manipulate Scotty in going to UK, then the coach committed a violation of NCAA rules , and Kentucky could wind up having the NCAA come down on them for it!
I have enjoyed the Scotty Hopson Carousel, but I'm pretty sure it is over and Scotty will be a Bulldog. I had a conversation with 001 today and he said it was over, b/c the recruitment was done with the one who matters, not Scotty, but Mrs. Hopson.

haha well, ive found that most of the major decisions in my life have been "helped" along by the women in my life, and i havent regretted any of it yet, so ill go ahead and say that he needs to follow the advice of his mom.
