Early Look at Clemson

We played a game tonight were our size was able to overcome our rebounding woes. Thursday night will be game where the rebounding edge could play a more significant role in the outcome of the game. Two things need to happen for us to pull off the victory on Thursday. Homecourt advantage and Charles stepping up for a big game. Clemson will have players who crash the boards and drive to the paint. Look for Jarvis too show his improvement on fouling and see what kind of difference Brian and Elgin can make in the paint. I'm not worried about our backcourt, but look for Clemson to collapse on Jamont if he can get to the paint. Timely 3 point shooting and our frontcourt should play a factor. If we can pull this one out on Thursday, we should see some intangibles start to show up which we will need to make a run this season. I look for one of the newcomers to have an impact on the outcome of this one. Much more to come, until then, if at all possible make it to the game this week, it will be a good one.
