MSU was a real strong possibility when he was off the radar. But, UCLA, UNC, UF, Louisville, and others are all calling now. And they’re saying things like,

“do you really want to go to school in Starkville, MS? And did you see they way these guys executed last night? When’s the last time MSU won a National Championship? How much playin’ time do you think you’ll get as a freshman at MSU next year? Gordon, Stewart, B. Johnson, Hansbrough, and a whole bunch of other freshman will be back next year… not to mention Romero and Dee… heck, son, you’ll be a lottery pick if you come to our school, just look at Kevin Durant”.

Unless he is a young man of his word, or unless Romero and Dee have a very deep friendship with Scotty, mark it down fella’s he’s gone!

when has he been 'off the radar'?
when he declared for us, he was a top 10 player in the nation. then he dropped 15 or so spots, then jumped right back up to a top 10 national ranking.

he was a top 10 player during the summer before his junior year. he has been on the radar for a long while now.

Okay, the "radar screen" comment was an exaggeration.

However, his stock skyrocketed this summer. And that is not an exaggeration. That is why the big boys have come knocking. We'll see how much sway Dee and Romero have over the young man (or his momma).

Momma wants the National spotlight to be on her boy. Look for him to go to the Big Blue, the Gators, Duke, UCLA or UNC. We won't see him in Starkville unless Romero and Dee can hold sway.
